老旧小区适老性步行负空间更新策略

摘　　要：老旧小区步行空间作为步行需求的空间载体,为保障老旧小区老年人及其活动对步行空间的物质环境需求,让老年人能够更好地在步行空间中满足其使用需求。基于老年人步行活动与空间需求,对黄石市孔雀苑小区老年人进行问卷与现场调研。转负空间为正空间,以此达到提升老旧社区老年人步行空间的物质保障。提出“重交往、促参与、强归属感、高安全感”设计策略,对孔雀苑小区步行负空间改造提出适老化的更新要求。构建适老性的步行空间环境,需要考虑老年人的心理与生理特征,满足其安全性、私密性、互动性、舒适性等需求。As the spatial carrier of walking demand,the walking space in the old community is to ensure the physical and environmental demands of the elderly an d their activities on the walking space in the old community,so that the elderly ca n better meet their needs in the walking space.Based on the walking activities and space needs of the elderly,a questionnaire and on-site research were conducted on the elderly in Peacock Garden District of Yellowstone City.Turn negative space into positive space,so as to achieve the promotion of the old community of the elderly walking space material security.The design strategy of"re-interaction,promotion of participation,strong sense of belonging and high sense of security"was put forward,and the aging update requirements were put forward for the pedestrian negative space transformation of Kong Que Garden District.In order to create a walking space environment suitable for the elderly,we need to consider the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly to meet their needs of safety,privacy,interaction and comfort.
