健康管理理念下高校校医院体检服务设计初探

摘　　要：基于健康管理的理念,结合服务设计的方法,探究高校校医院体检服务设计策略,以提升学生的健康管理水平。阐述服务设计与健康管理的概念,分析高校校医院体检服务现状,并运用服务设计方法对校医院体检服务的“人、物、流程和环境”四个构成要素进行分析。对四个要素进行优化整合,提出有针对性的服务设计策略。构建体检中心健康管理一体化服务模式,为高校校医院体检服务的优化提供参考与建议。Based on the concept of health management,combined with the methods of service design,explore the design strategy of physical examination service in university hospitals,in order to improve the level of health management of students.Explain the concept of service design and health management,analyze the status quo of physical examination services in university hospitals,and use service design methods to analyze the four elements of‘human,material,process and environment’of physical examination services in university hospitals.The four elements are optimized and integrated,and targeted service design strategies are proposed.Construct an integrated service model of health management in the physical examination center,providing references and suggestions for the optimization of physical examination services in university hospitals.
