摘　　要：背景自杀风险评估是一个非常困难的问题,目前的量表几乎只测量自杀的风险因素,忽略了自杀的保护因素。目的验证多维自杀问卷(Multidimensional Suicide Inventory-28,MSI-28)在我国海军官兵群体中的信效度。方法抽取我国东部地区海军某部队1710名官兵集体施测,完成MSI-28、自杀意念自评量表(Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale,SIOSS)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21,DASS-21),其中SIOSS、DASS-21用于检测同时效度。结果验证性因素分析显示MSI-28的四因子模型拟合较好(λ2/df=4.98,RMSEA=0.05,NFI=0.95,GFI=0.93,CFI=0.96);量表的内部一致性信度较高(Cronbach’sα=0.86~0.93);自杀意念在独生子、与父母关系差、口腔溃疡症状和胃肠道症状严重、研究生、家庭经济状况好的官兵中检出率较高;在存在自杀意念的官兵中,控制消极情感的得分后,自杀意念与家庭联结的相关依然存在统计学意义(r=-0.23,P=0.036)。结论MSI-28具有较好的结构效度、内部一致性信度和同时效度,其保护因子维度能提供额外的评估信息,可作为海军官兵自杀风险筛查的有效补充。Background Suicide risk assessment is a challenging problem.However,the current scale only measures the risk factors,while the protective factors are ignored.Objective To translate the Multidimensional Suicide Inventory-28(MSI-28)and evaluate its reliability and validity in Chinese naval personnel.Methods Totally 1710 navy soldiers and officers participated in the test.Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS)and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21(DASS-21)were selected to evaluate concurrent validity.Results Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the four-factor model of MSI-28 fitted well(λ2/df=4.98,RMSEA=0.05,NFI=0.95,GFI=0.93,CFI=0.96),and the internal consistency reliability of the scale was excellent(Cronbach’sα=0.86-0.93).The detection rate of suicidal ideation was higher among those officers and soldiers,who had no brothers or sisters,poor relationship with their parents,symptoms of severe oral ulcer and gastrointestinal tract,higher education level,and good family financial condition.Among the officers and soldiers with suicidal ideation,the difference in correlation between suicidal ideation and family connection was still statistically significant after controlling negative emotion(r=-0.23,P=0.036).Conclusion MSI-28 has good construct validity,internal consistency reliability,and concurrent validity.Its results of protection factor dimension can provide additional evaluation information,which can be used as an effective supplement for suicide risk screening of naval officers and soldiers.
