威灵仙与东北铁线莲酒炙前后抗炎镇痛比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较威灵仙与东北铁线莲酒炙前后对小鼠的抗炎镇痛效果。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀及扭体实验比较威灵仙和东北铁线莲酒炙前后的抗炎镇痛效果。结果威灵仙与东北铁线莲中、高剂量酒炙前后均能显著改善小鼠耳郭肿胀(P<0.05),并减少扭体次数(P<0.05),酒炙后强于生品,且东北铁线莲略优于威灵仙。结论威灵仙与东北铁线莲均有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,且酒炙后效果增强,但威灵仙不如东北铁线莲效果好。Objective To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Clematis manshurica Rupr.before and after wine-processing on mice.Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Clematis manshurica Rupr.before and after wine-processing were compared by ear swelling and writhing test in mice.Results Both Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Clematis manshurica Rupr.could significantly improve the ear swelling of mice(P<0.05),and reduce the frequency of writhing(P<0.05).After wine-processing,it was better than that of raw products,and Clematis manshurica Rupr.was slightly better than Clematis chinensis Osbeck.Conclusion Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Clematis manshurica Rupr.have good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,and the effect after wine-processing was enhanced,but the effect of Clematis chinensis Osbeck is not as good as Clematis manshurica Rupr.
