无固相钻井液研究进展

摘　　要：成分中不含有黏土的钻井液称为无固相钻井液。这种钻井液是将高分子聚合物、高相对分子质量纤维素、生物聚合物、野生植物胶等物质加入清水中,经过一段时间的搅拌和静置而形成的。关于携带和悬浮岩屑、润滑和减少阻力的能力方面,无固相钻井液比含黏土的钻井液更强,且具有一定保护井壁的能力。无固相钻井液的黏度可以根据需要进行调整,且因其密度较低,流动性能也较含黏度的钻井液好,所以能够大大提升孔底钻头的碎岩效率,杜绝了黏土固体颗粒堵塞油气层的问题,从而保护了油气层,提高了生产层的产率。此外,该体系不存在高温分散及钝化作用,对油气层也有很好的保护作用。本文综述了无固相钻井液的国内外研究现状,介绍了无固相钻井液的研究方向,同时对其现场应用进行了探讨。The drilling fluid that does not contain clay in its composition is called solid-free drilling fluid.This drilling fluid is the polymer,high molecular weight cellulose,biological polymer,wild plant gum and other substances into the clear water,after a period of stirring and standing and formed.Solid-free drilling fluids are better than clay-based fluids in terms of their ability to carry and suspend cuttings,lubricate and reduce drag,and provide some protection against the wellbore.The viscosity of solid-free drilling fluids can be adjusted as needed,and due to their lower density and better flow performance than viscous drilling fluids,the bottom-hole bit is more efficient in breaking rock,preventing the plugging of oil and gas by clay solids,thereby protecting the oil and gas formation and improving the productivity of the producing zone.In addition,the system does not have high temperature dispersion and passivation effect,and it also has a good protective effect on oil and gas layers.In this paper,the research status of solid-free drilling fluids at home and abroad is reviewed,the research direction of solid-free drilling fluids is introduced,and its field application is discussed.
