摘 要:制备了一系列有机酸金属催化剂,采用TG、FT-IR对催化剂的理化性能进行了表征,用高温高压反应釜进行了稠油的催化改质实验,研究了催化剂改质前后稠油四组分变化及降黏率,同时研究了催化剂催化改质的影响因素。结果表明:热重分析有机酸催化剂的热稳定性大于350℃;稠油四组分研究表明油样的饱和分和芳香分含量均增加,相应胶质和沥青质含量降低,PAS-Zn催化剂改质效果最佳;PAS-Zn催化剂最佳用量为0.1%,在200~320℃范围内随着温度的升高,改质效果逐渐变好,最佳反应时间24 h,稠油降黏率为50.04%。A series of organic acid metal catalysts were prepared.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by TG and FT-IR.The catalytic upgrading of heavy oil was carried out in a high temperature and high pressure reactor.The changes of four components and viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil before and after the catalyst upgrading were studied.The influencing factors of catalytic upgrading were also studied.The results show that the thermal stability of organic acid catalyst is more than 350℃by thermogravimetric analysis.The study of four components of heavy oil shows that the content of saturated and aromatic components in the oil sample increases,and the corresponding gum and asphaltene content decreases,and the PAS-Zn catalyst has the best upgrading effect.The optimal dosage of PAS-Zn catalyst is 0.1%,and the upgrading effect gradually becomes better with the increase of temperature in the range of 200~320℃,and the optimum reaction time is 24 h,the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil is 50.04%.
