摘 要:针对星载激光测高数据难以直接提取建筑区精确高程值的问题,该文提出一种利用渐进剥离全波形分解的建筑区影像高程控制点提取方法。首先,利用光斑区高分辨率遥感影像和数据质量属性参数挑选出高质量激光测高点;然后,通过渐进剥离全波形分解与整体拟合方法充分分解建筑区的复杂回波波形,并建立子波分量与建筑物不同平面层的精确对应关系;最后,结合激光测高和全波形激光脚点几何定位原理解算特征点的绝对高程值,作影像高程控制点使用。实验结果表明,3个回波波形经全波形分解和拟合后与原始回波信号之间整体的均方根误差、相关系数、决定系数和残差内积均值分别为0.0237 V、0.9783、0.9570和0.3329,制作的建筑影像高程控制点高程中误差为0.79 m,能够满足1∶50000比例尺航空摄影测量对高程控制点的精度要求。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to directly extract the accurate elevation value of the building area from the satellite laser altimetry data,the paper proposed a method for extracting elevation control points of building area images by using progressive stripping and full waveform decomposition.Firstly,the high-quality laser altimetry points which met the requirements of image control point characteristics were selected by using the high-resolution remote sensing image and data attribute parameters in the spot area.Then,the complex echo waveform of the building area was fully decomposed by the progressive stripping full waveform decomposition and global fitting method,and the accurate correspondence between the wavelet components and the different plane layers of the building was established.Finally,the absolute elevation value of feature points was calculated based on the principle of laser altimetry and full waveform laser foot point geometry positioning,which was used as image elevation control points.The experimental results showed that the overall root mean square error,correlation coefficient,determination coefficient and residual inner product mean values between the three echo waveforms after full waveform decomposition and fitting and the original echo signal were 0.0237,0.9783,0.9570 and 0.3329,respectively.The mean square error of elevation control points in the image of building area was 0.79 m,which could meet the accuracy requirements of 1∶50000 scale aerial photogrammetry elevation control points.
