景洪水力式升船机首次大修实践

摘　　要：针对水力式升船机的特点和运行中存在的主要问题,制定科学的工作方案和严格的质量控制措施,完成了景洪水力式升船机首次大修。在开展金属结构、机电、电气等专业常规项目检修的同时,重点检修了水力式升船机特有水力驱动系统。研究提出一种更加安全、科学的船厢锁定和解锁方式,并掌握了同步轴扭矩超标处理方法,解决了扭矩超标停机问题。通过首次大修,设备设施整体技术状态得到大幅改善,并积累了丰富经验,为水力式升船机检修规程编制奠定了基础。In view of the characteristics and main problems in the operation of the hydraulic ship lift,a scientific work plan,and strict quality control measures are formulated to complete the first overhaul of the Jinghong hydraulic ship lift.While carrying out the routine maintenance of metal structures,electromechanical devices,and electrical equipment,we focus on overhauling the unique hydraulic drive system of the hydrodynamic ship lift and propose a safer and more scientific way of locking and unlocking the ship chamber.The handling method of synchronous shaft torque exceeding standard is mastered,and the problem of operation stopping due to the torque s exceeding standard is solved.Through the first overhaul,the overall technical state of the equipment and facilities is improved greatly,and rich experience has been accumulated,which has laid the foundation for the compilation of the maintenance code for the hydraulic ship lift.
