魏开建教授运用扶正清解方治疗大肠癌经验

摘　　要：大肠癌是消化道恶性肿瘤的一部分,包括直肠癌、结肠癌等,是危害全国人民生命安全的恶性肿瘤。魏开建教授经过多年的临床实践,认为大肠癌患者多属气阴两虚、热毒内蕴证,可运用扶正清解方作为基本方对大肠癌进行治疗。以乙状结肠癌术后辅助化疗为例,服用扶正清解方加减后明显改善临床症状,减轻化疗后毒副作用,恢复机体功能。扶正清解方加减对手术、放化疗前后大肠癌患者机体功能的恢复大有裨益。Colorectal cancer is a part of malignant tumors in digestive tract, including rectal cancer, colon cancer, etc., and it is the malignant tumors that endanger people’s lives in China.After many years of clinical practice, Professor Wei Kaijian believes that most patients with colorectal cancer have the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and internal heat toxin, and use Fuzheng Qingjie formula as the basic prescription for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Taking a sigmoid colon cancer postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patient as an example, the addition and subtraction of Fuzheng Qingjie decoction significantly reduced the clinical symptoms, reduced the side effects after chemotherapy, and restored the body function.The addition and subtraction of Fuzheng Qingjie recipe is of great benefit to the recovery of the body function of colorectal cancer patients before and after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
