子午流注理论下逆经刮痧及刺络放血治疗肝郁化火型失眠疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察子午流注理论下逆经刮痧及刺络放血治疗肝郁化火型失眠的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分成两组,每组40例。对照组使用阿普唑仑片治疗;治疗组在此基础上结合子午流注逆经刮痧及刺络放血治疗。根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、中医症候量表评价两组临床疗效,1月后观察复发率。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组为80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05);两组治疗后的PSQI、中医症候量表各单项评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组各单项评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05),停药1月后随访治疗组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:该方法能够提高睡眠质量及伴随的肝郁化火型兼症,减少复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the theory of scraping reversing to the meridian and blood-letting therapy based on"zhiwu liuzhu"insomnia in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression transforms fire type. 80 patients were randomly divided into control group(Oral treatment with Alprazolam tablets was performed)and treatment group(In addition to the treatment in the control group,scraping reversing to the meridian and blood-letting therapy based on "zhiwu liuzhu"were performed),40 patients in each group. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scale and the TCM Symptom scale were compared between two groups.The recurrence rate was ob-served after 1 month. Results:The total effective rate was 92.5%(37/40) in the treatment group and 80.0%(32/40) in the control group(P<0.05).The individual score and total score of PSQI and TCM Symptom scale decreased in the both groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, each individual score and total score of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after 1 month of drug withdrawal(P <0.05).Conclusion:This methods can improve the sleep quality of patients and the concomitant liver depression transforms fire type, reduce the recurrence rate.
