摘　　要：近年来,海上石油勘探、采油和储运业务日益繁忙,溢油事故频发,造成了严重的财产损失和自然环境污染,严重影响着人类和动植物的生命安全。本文主要从海上溢油事故处理过程溢油现场确认、跟踪、围控和清除来探究,并对过程中涉及设备做简要分析。In recent years,offshore oil exploration,production,storage and transportation have become increasingly busy,with frequent oil spill accidents,which have caused serious property losses and natural environment pollution,and seriously affected the safety of human beings,animals and plants.This paper mainly explores the confirmation,tracking,containment and clearance of oil spill in the process of offshore oil spill accident treatment,and briefly analyzes the equipment involved in the process.
