摘  要:PVC行业的发展在一定程度上带动了PVC热稳定剂产业的发展。从热稳定剂的角度上分析,目前国内主导消费的热稳定剂为铅盐类,约占总消费比例的80%。近年来随着健康、绿色、环保观念的提出和广泛普及,国民的绿色环保意识也随之提升,重金属类热稳定剂逐渐被环保型复合稳定剂所替代。本文围绕PVC无毒稳定剂,从不稳定因素、稳定机理、稳定剂分类三个方面展开阐述。The development of PVC industry has driven the development of PVC heat stabilizer industry to a certain extent.From the point of view of heat stabilizer,at present,the leading heat stabilizer consumed in China is lead salt,accounting for about 80% of the total consumption.In recent years,with the concept of health,green and environmental protection put forward and widely popularized,people’s awareness of green environmental protection has also increased,and heavy metal heat stabilizers have been gradually replaced by environmental protection composite stabilizers.In this paper,the non-toxic stabilizers for PVC are elaborated from three aspects:unstable factors,stability mechanism and stabilizer classification.
