摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议下的复合型翻译人才培养,已上升到国家战略层面。因此,复合型翻译人才培养方式的革新势在必行。分析“一带一路”建设对应用型翻译人才的需求现状,指出当前我国翻译人才培养过程中存在的问题。在此基础上,探讨翻译人才培养的对策。The cultivation of compound translators under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative has risen to the national strategic level.Therefore,it is imperative to innovate the training model of compound translators.This paper analyzes the demand for application-oriented translators in the construction of the Belt and Road,and points out the problems existing in the process of personnel training in China.On this basis,the countermeasures for the cultivation of translators are discussed.
