摘  要:产教融合是我国在创新驱动和产业转型升级背景下,为促进高等教育改革、高等教育发展和经济社会发展的重要战略。三重螺旋理论认为在理想条件下,产教融合可以在政府、高校和企业之间实现协同效应和共赢效应。但在产教融合实践中,由于存在目标差异、剩余控制权以及制度供给等方面的现实困境,协同效应和共赢效应难以实现。从产教融合参与各方在合作目标协调、合作契约设计和制度供给三个方面入手,解决产教融合的实践困境是最终实现产教融合战略目标的必要途径。Production-education integration is an important strategy for China to promote higher education reform,higher education development and economic and social development under the background of innovation-driven and industrial transformation and upgrading.The triple helix theory holds that production-education integration can achieve synergy and win-win effects among the government,universities and industries under ideal conditions.However,in the practice of production-education integration,it is difficult to achieve synergy and win-win effects due to the practical dilemmas in terms of target differences,residual control rights and institutional supply.Starting from the three aspects of the coordination of cooperative objectives,the design of cooperative contracts and the institutional supply,solving the practical dilemma of production-education integration is a necessary way to achieve the strategic goal of production-education integration.
