北京古树名木二维码留言的分析研究

摘　　要：为进一步了解公众对古树名木的关注点及需求,加强游客和古树之间的交流,进一步提升服务能力,借助古树名木二维码留言信息、点击关注等数据,运用自然语言处理等方法,分析了北京市古树名木的类别和公众对古树名木的留言时间、地点与内容等,得到游客在观赏古树名木的时间和地点等方面的特点,以及游客对不同类别古树名木的偏好程度,以期为政府管理和规划公园及名树名木提供参考依据及数据支持服务。In order to make a more particular knowledge of the public’s concerning points and requirements,to strengthen the communication between tourists and ancient trees,and to improve further service capabilities,the types of ancient and famous trees and the time,place and content of message from the public to ancient and famous trees have been studied and analyzed by the help of such data as QR code message on ancient and famous trees,clicking to follow and so on,and also using the treatment method of natural language.The characteristics of the time and place etc.of tourists viewing ancient and famous trees,the preference of tourists for different types of ancient and famous trees have also been obtained by analyzing in order to provide reference basis and data support services for government management and planning.
