纳米氧化铜的制备及其催化降解有机染料废水的研究

摘  要:本文采用水热法制备纳米氧化铜(CuO);通过其对活性艳红染料废水的降解试验,考察了制备时间和反应物浓度配比对生成的纳米CuO催化活性的影响。结果表明:当醋酸铜与过氧化钠摩尔浓度比相同时,制备时间越长,纳米CuO催化活性越好;当制备时间相同时,醋酸铜与过氧化钠摩尔浓度比越小,纳米CuO催化活性越好。处理10 mL浓度为20 mg/L的活性艳红染料废水时,活性艳红的去除率随着纳米氧化铜添加量增大而升高,纳米CuO的最佳用量为14 mg,最佳反应时间为100 min,每克纳米CuO(Ⅲ号样本)可催化降解活性艳红的量为14.20 mg。Nanometer copper oxide( nano-CuO) was prepared by hydrothermal method. The effects of preparation time and reactant concentration ratio on the catalytic performance of nano-CuO were investigated by degradation test of wastewater of reactive brilliant red dye. The results showed that,at the same copper acetate to sodium peroxide concentration ratio,the longer the preparation time,the better the catalytic performance of nano-CuO;with the same preparation time,the smaller the concentration ratio of copper acetate to sodium peroxide,the better the catalytic performance of nano-CuO. When treating 10 m L wastewater of 20 mg/L reactive brilliant red dye,the degradation rate of reactive brilliant red dye increased with the dosage of nano-CuO,and the optimal dosage of nano-CuO was 14 mg,the optimal reaction time was 100 minute,one gram of nanometer CuO( No. Ⅲ Sample) could catalyze and degrade 14. 20 mg of reactive brilliant red dye.
