摘　　要：人工流产包括手术流产和药物流产,我国每年人工流产数量庞大,其中重复流产者占比高,年轻未孕的女性比例也非常大,而人工流产后女性在内分泌、子宫、卵巢功能等方面均发生急剧变化,心理上也可能出现焦虑抑郁等问题,因此应重视人工流产后保健。医务工作者应对患者及其家属在术后饮食、休息、卫生及性生活、心理恢复方面给予指导;重视女性术后随访,对于有子宫内膜损伤高危因素的女性推荐使用雌激素等方法促进子宫内膜修复;及时发现如人工流产不全、感染、闭经等流产并发症;通过开展流产后关爱服务(PAC),促进女性心理创伤的康复,落实高效避孕措施,切实维护女性身心健康。Induced abortions include surgical abortion and medical abortion.There are a large number of induced abortions in China every year.Among them,the proportions of repeated abortions and young nonpregnant women are quite high.Induced abortions could cause sharp changes in endocrine,uterine and ovarian functions.Psychological problems including anxiety and depression may also occur after induced abortions.Therefore,we should pay attention to health care after induced abortions.Medical workers should give guidance to patients and their families in terms of postoperative diet,rest,hygienism,sex and psychological recovery.The postoperative follow-up should be valued.Estrogen and other methods to promote endometrial repair for women with high-risk factors of endometrial injury are recommended.Abortion complications such as incomplete abortion,infection and amenorrhea are best to be found in time.The development of post abortion care service(PAC)can promote the rehabilitation of women’s psychological trauma,implement efficient contraceptive measures and eventually effectively maintain women’s physical and mental health.
