摘  要:为提升静力压桩机定位精度和调平精度,增强静力压桩机抗干扰能力,文中设计基于PLC传感器的静力压桩机控制系统。该系统包括数据收集模块、核心处理模块及输入/输出模块。核心处理模块主要采用可编程PLC传感器,完成压桩机横向和纵向移动距离的控制及压桩机机身调平控制。其中,自动定位子模块采用比例电磁铁控制的先导式比例换向阀,转换电信号为液体压力信号,实现压桩机自动定位;机身自动调平子模块通过建立该模块控制方程,完成压桩机机身调平控制。经试验测试分析,文中系统在正常施工情况下或受到磁场及电流干扰情况下,均具备良好调平性能及抗干扰能力;系统桩点定位的横、纵坐标误差均小于2 cm;压桩机机身经过5 s调整后便可达到平稳状态,且倾斜角度偏差小于0.15°,具备较高调平精度。In order to improve the positioning accuracy and leveling accuracy of static pile driver,and enhance the anti⁃interference ability of static pile driver,the static pile driver control system based on PLC sensor is designed.The system includes data collection module,core processing module and I/O module.The core processing module mainly uses programmable PLC sensor to control the horizontal and longitudinal movement distance of the pile driver,and the body leveling control of the pile driver.Its automatic positioning submodule uses the pilot type proportional directional valve controlled by proportional electromagnet to convert the electrical signal into the liquid pressure signal to realize the automatic positioning of the pile driver,and its body automatic leveling submodule is used to complete the leveling control of the pile driver by establishing the control equation of the module.It is found in the system testing and analysis that the system has good leveling performance and anti⁃interference ability under the normal construction conditions or under the interference of magnetic field and current,its horizontal and vertical coordinate errors of the pile point positioning are less than 2 cm,and the pile driver body can be adjusted to the stable leveling state in 5 s,in which the inclination angle deviation is less than 0.15°.
