摘 要:为了解决传统城市新区慢行交通系统存在可达性低的问题,文中从硬件、软件和数据库三个方面,对慢行交通系统进行优化设计。在城市新区行政范围内,安装核心通信网络、车位探测设备以及慢行交通显示设备,并重新设置设备参数。在系统数据库中存储慢行交通的可达性、道路、交通标志等信息,并以可达性数据作为慢行交通规划的约束条件。在此基础上,利用可达性概念分析慢行交通与土地利用之间的关系,从而确定城市新区内的慢行交通区域。在划分的区域范围内,从道路、交通标志等方面实现对慢行交通的布局。通过系统测试实验得出结论,设计的交通系统的规划功能能够顺利运行,且与传统系统相比,综合可达性有所提升。In order to solve the problem of low accessibility existing in the traditional slow traffic system in urban new district,the slow traffic system is optimized in three aspects of hardware,software and database.Within the administrative scope of the new urban area,the core communication network,parking space detection equipment and slow traffic display equipment shall be installed,and the equipment parameters shall be reset.The accessibility,road,traffic signs and other information of slow traffic are stored in the system database,and the accessibility data are used as the constraint conditions of slow traffic planning.On this basis,the concept of accessibility is used to analyze the relationship between slow traffic and land utilization,so as to determine the slow traffic area in the new urban district.In the divided area,the layout of slow traffic is realized in the aspects of roads,traffic signs,etc.It is concluded from the results of the system test experiment that the planning function of the designed transportation system can run smoothly,and the comprehensive accessibility is improved in comparison with the traditional system.
