摘　　要：针对地下轨道交通系统中地铁车站机电设备安装管理过程工作效率低下的现状,文中利用BIM软件工具作为基础数据信息平台,设计一套具有较强数据交互功能的机电设备安装信息处理模型。通过深入分析传统地铁用机电设备安装信息管理体系中的优缺点,全面细致地量化所设计机电设备安装信息处理模型的系统和信息需求。并在需求分析的基础上,综合使用SQL Server与BIM模型,系统化地整合了机电设备的模型、图纸和文档等所有数据信息,从而实现了模型信息的及时共享及动态监控,最终大幅提高地铁机电设备的安装管理效率。应用和测试分析结果表明,所提模型可以较好地实现地铁机电设备安装项目任务信息的细致分解和系统化管控,而且所需要的管理成本很低。Since there is low efficiency existing in the installation and management process of mechanical and electrical equipments in subway station,a set of mechanical and electrical equipment installation information processing model with strong data interaction function is designed in this paper by using BIM software as the basic data information platform.By means of in⁃depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional subway information management system for electromechanical equipment installation,the system and information requirements of the electromechanical equipment installation information processing model designed in this paper are comprehensively and carefully quantified.On the basis of demand analysis,SQL server and BIM model are used to systematically integrate all data information such as mechanical and electrical equipment models,drawings and documents,so as to realize the timely sharing and dynamic monitoring of the model information,and greatly improve the installation and management efficiency of metro electromechanical equipments.The results of application and test analysis show that the model proposed in this paper can achieve the detailed decomposition and systematic management of the information of metro electromechanical equipment installation project,and the management cost is very low.
