早熟高产小麦新品种富麦668的选育及利用

摘　　要：富麦668是江苏省农业科学院宿迁农科所与安徽省创富种业有限公司以济麦22/泗麦1108中间材料F4为母本、高产多穗型中熟小麦品种淮麦18为父本杂交,经系谱法选育而成的半冬性小麦新品种,全生育期214.7 d,较对照济麦22早熟1.0 d左右,株高71.2 cm,分蘖力较强,成穗率较高,有效穗561.8万个/hm^(2),穗型较大,穗粒数34.6粒/穗,千粒质量46.5 g。该品种中感赤霉病,中抗白粉病,感纹枯病,具有产量潜力高、成熟落黄较好、综合抗性好等优点。富麦668于2021年通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:皖审麦20211009),适合在淮河以北及沿淮半冬性麦区推广种植。Fumai 668 is a new,semi-winter wheat variety created by Suqian Institute of Agricultural Sciences,Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,in cooperation with Anhui Chuangfu Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.Based on the pedigree method,it was bred by cross-fertilization using(Jimai 22/Simai1108)F4 as a maternal parent and Huaimai 18(a high-yielding,multi-spike and medium-maturity wheat variety)as a paternal parent.In regional field trials,Fumai 668 had the whole growth period of 214.7 d,which was shorter than that of the control variety Jimai 22,the plant height of 71.2 cm,a stronger tillering ability,a higher earing rate with about 5.618 million spikes per hectare,large spikes with the mean grain number of 34.6 grains per spike,and the 1000-grain weight of 46.5 g.It also showed moderate susceptibility to scab and sheath blight,moderate resistance to powdery mildew and strong comprehensive resistance,as well as high-yielding potential and yellowing well at maturation.Approved by Anhui Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2021,the new wheat variety is suitable for planting in areas in the north of Huaihe River and along Huaihe River.
