摘　　要：与年龄相关的肌肉无力是衰老的重要标志,早期合理的筛查为预测不良后果提供了可能。握力测试根据上肢肌肉力量来反映整体身体健康和运动能力,可分为单手测试和双手测试。握力被认为是60岁及以上的人群身体检查的基本要素。握力测试具有操作简单、经济有效、可靠性高的优势,为常规医学检查、流行病学调查和健康评估提供了一种便携选择,具有很好的推广应用价值。Age related muscle weakness is an important indicator of aging.Early and reasonable screening provides the possibility of predicting adverse consequences.HGS test is divided into single hand test and two hand test according to upper limb muscle strength to reflect overall physical health and exercise ability.HGS is considered to be a basic element of physical examination in people aged 60 and over.HGS test has the advantages of simple operation,economic efficiency and high reliability.It provides a portable choice for routine medical examination,epidemiological investigation and health assessment,and has a good application value.
