海口市龙华区游泳社会指导员的需求调查与分析

摘　　要：该文采用文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法,对海口市龙华区游泳馆游泳社会指导员的需求现状进行调查研究。结果显示:社会指导员男女比例不均衡,学历和能力相对较低,从业年限少,教学经验存在一定的不足。该文提出了机构要加强与高校之间的合作、进一步培养现有游泳社会指导员、严格把关招聘、实施科学化经营管理等措施,从而为海口市龙华区商业游泳培训机构提供理论参考和实践借鉴。By using the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an investigation and research on the demand of swimming social instructors in Longhua District of Haikou City.The results show that:the proportion of male and female social instructors is not balanced,the educational background and ability are relatively low,the working years are few,and the teaching experience is insufficient.It is suggested that the institutions should strengthen the cooperation with colleges and universities,further cultivate the existing social swimming instructors,strictly check the recruitment,and implement scientific management,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for commercial swimming training institutions in Longhua District of Haikou City.
