幼儿武术操教学的价值与实践研究

摘　　要：该文通过探析武术操在幼儿武术教学中的价值和幼儿教学中的应用和内容分析,得出武术操在幼儿武术训练中可以提高幼儿的身体素质、磨练幼儿的精神品质和养成吃苦耐劳的意志品质,为他们将来进一步学习武术打下坚实的基础。因此,武术作为民族传统体育项目应该被发掘和传承,而幼儿从小接触中国优秀传统文化培养和熏陶有利于其健全人格的培养。Through the analysis of the value of martial arts gymnastics in children’s martial arts teaching and the application and content analysis of martial arts gymnastics in children’s martial arts teaching,it is concluded that martial arts gymnastics in children’s martial arts training can improve children’s physical quality,temper children’s spiritual quality and develop the quality of hard-working will,so as to lay a solid foundation for their further study of martial arts in the future.Therefore,martial arts as a national traditional sports should be explored and inherited.Children’s exposure to Chinese excellent traditional culture is conducive to the cultivation of sound personality.
