摘  要:为探讨健美操练习对大学女生心理韧性的影响,该文选取62名健美操专项班的大学女生进行为期8周的健美操练习,在练习前后分别进行《青少年心理韧性量表》的问卷调查,并对2次测试结果进行统计学分析。量表分为目标专注、情绪控制、人际协助、家庭支持、积极认知5个维度的计量。结果表明,与练习健美操前相比,3个维度方面提高程度较为显著,2个维度方面的提高也有一定的促进作用。由此可知,健美操运动对提高女大学生心理韧性有积极的促进作用。In order to explore the influence of aerobics exercise on college girls’psychological resilience,62 college girls in aerobics class were selected for 8 weeks of aerobics exercise and conducted a questionnaire survey of Adolescent Mental Toughness Scale before and after the exercise,and statistically analyzed the results of the two tests.The scale is divided into five dimensions:goal focus,emotional control,interpersonal assistance,family support and positive cognition.The results showed that the improvement of the three dimensions was significant compared with that of aerobics,and the improvement of the two dimensions was also helpful.It can be seen that aerobics has a positive effect on improving the psychological resilience of female college students.
