摘 要:文章旨在研究湿拌料对母羊养分消化、氮平衡及血液生化指标的影响。试验将36头平均体重为(43.25±2.78)kg的分娩后母羊随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头。试验母羊饲喂全混合日粮,T1~T3组分别在全混合日粮中加入水,使日粮的水分含量为45%、55%和65%,试验为期4周。结果:与T2组相比,T1和T3组母羊的饮水量分别显著提高14.78%和16.81%(P<0.05),同时T2和T3组母羊干物质表观消化率较T1组分别显著提高3.93%和3.44%(P<0.05)。T3组母羊粗脂肪表观消化率较T1和T2组分别显著提高1.62%和1.52%(P<0.05)。不同水分全混合日粮对母羊氮摄入量、粪氮、氮沉积量,以及粪氮、尿氮、氮沉积与氮摄入量的比值均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与T1组相比,T2和T3组尿氮排泄量分别显著提高6.49%和7.41%(P<0.05)。不同水分日粮血清总蛋白、尿素氮、葡萄糖、甘油三酯浓度及全血中红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、嗜碱粒细胞、嗜酸粒细胞及血球容积含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:将全混合日粮用水拌成水分为55%~65%的湿拌料饲喂母羊对其采食量、氮平衡及血液生化指标无负面影响,但可以改善干物质表观消化率。The aim of this article was to investigate the effects of wet mixes with different water contents on feed intake,nutrient digestion,egg quality and blood biochemical indices of ewe.Thirty~six postpartum ewes with an average body weight of(43.25±2.78)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 3 sheep per replicate.Ewes in groups T1~T3 were fed a total mixed diet,and water was added to the total mixed diet to make the water content of the diet 45%,55%and 65%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 4 weeks.RESULTS:Compared with T2 group,the water intake of ewes in T1 and T3 groups was significantly increased by 14.78%and 16.81%(P<0.05),respectively,and the dry matter apparent digestibility of ewes in T2 and T3 groups was significantly increased by 3.93%and 3.44%(P<0.05)compared with T1 group,respectively.Compared with T1 and T2 groups,the apparent digestibility of ether extract of ewes in T3 group was significantly increased by 1.62%and 1.52%(P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in nitrogen intake,fecal nitrogen and nitrogen deposition,fecal nitrogen,urine nitrogen,nitrogen deposition and nitrogen intake ratio of ewes with different water content(P>0.05).Compared with T1 group,urinary nitrogen excretion in T2 and T3 groups was significantly increased by 6.49%and 7.41%(P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in serum concentrations of total protein,urea nitrogen,glucose,triglyceride and the contents of red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin,basophils,eosinophils and blood corpuscles among different water diets(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wet mixture with 55%~65%water content has no negative effects on feed intake,nitrogen balance and blood biochemical indexes,but can improve the apparent digestibility of dry matter.
