摘  要:水电站库区两岸边坡在受到降雨和库水位相互作用的持续影响、人类工程活动不断加剧、极端天气频繁出现等造成的地质灾害高发、频发。如何将水电站库区的地质灾害隐患点快速、精准地排查识别出来成了水电站安全管理的一大难题。应用无人机倾斜摄影和机载lidar技术对吉牛水电站库区岸坡的地质灾害隐患点进行调查,不仅能够快速提供高分辨率、高精度的地形地貌影像和实景三维模型,还能够取代人工开展一定的地质灾害核查工作,减少人力的投入,规避人工作业风险,是地质灾害防灾减灾工作一种重要途径。Geological disasters occur frequently at the slopes on both banks of the reservoir area of hydropower stations due to continuous interaction of rainfall and reservoir water level,intensified human engineering activities and extreme weather.Identifying quickly and accurately the hidden dangers of geological disasters in the reservoir area of hydropower stations has become a major difficulty in safety management of hydropower stations.UAV tilt photography and drone Lidar technology is used to investigate the hidden dangers of geological disasters on the bank slopes of the Jiniu Hydropower Station.Applying this technology,high-resolution,high-precision topographic and landform images and real-life three-dimensional models are quickly obtained,manual verification of certain geological disasters are replaced,manpower input are reduced and risks in manual operation are avoided.It is an important way to prevent and mitigate geological disasters.
