摘 要:板带轧制系统当前智能化程度不高,并且系统中轧机主传动长期处于高负荷的运转状态,容易造成严重的故障,为此提出一种基于数字孪生技术的轧机主传动虚拟仿真系统。系统主要包括轧机主传动三维虚拟系统、仿真界面、Matlab数学模型仿真和OPC通信环境。运用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,并在GENESIS64组态软件中搭建实时仿真界面,接着在Matlab中编写系统数学模型程序,最后构建OPC通信协议完成系统之间的通信。系统可以将Matlab仿真数据通过OPC通信协议传入仿真界面中。轧机主传动系统三维模型可以随着传输数据的大小变化来改变运行速度的快慢,以实时模拟现实生活中轧机主传动系统的动作行为。测试结果表明,轧机主传动虚拟仿真系统具有操作简单、运行稳定、安全可靠等优点,利用物理实体与虚拟模型的交互融合,通过监测服务能够准确模拟轧机主传动的运行状态,使轧机主传动系统的运行优化成为可能。At present,the intelligent degree of the plate and strip rolling system is not high,and the main drive of the rolling mill in the system is in a high-load running state for a long time,which is easy to cause serious faults. Therefore,a rolling mill main drive virtual simulation system based on digital twin technology is proposed. The system includes the rolling mill main drive 3 D virtual system, simulation interface, Matlab mathematical model simulation and OPC communication environment. The SolidWorks software is used for 3 D modeling. The real-time simulation interface is built in the environment of GENESIS64 configuration software. The mathematical model program of the system is written in the environment of Matlab. The OPC communication protocol is built to complete the communication between systems. The simulation system can transfer the Matlab simulation data into the simulation interface through OPC communication protocol. The 3 D model of the rolling mill main drive system can change the running speed according to the size of transmitted data,so as to simulate the action behavior of rolling mill main drive system in the practical application. The test results show that the virtual simulation system for the main drive of rolling mill has the advantages of simple operation,stable running,being of safety and reliability. By the interactive fusion of physical entity and virtual model,the virtual simulation system can accurately simulate the running state of the main drive of rolling mill by monitoring services,which makes it possible to optimize the running of the rolling mill main drive system.
