虚拟班级教学模式与大学生在线学习绩效:在线学习投入的中介作用

摘　　要：由于新冠疫情的影响,全国各高校在2020年的春季学期采用了在线教学的方式完成教学任务。在此后的教学中,越来越多的课程采取了在线教学或混合教学的方式。为了探寻大学生在线学习的影响因素,促进未来的教学改革,本研究将构建一个中介模型,检验“虚拟班级教学模式”的有效性和作用机制。本研究通过网络发放问卷,共回收有效问卷971份。研究结果表明,虚拟班级教学模式可以通过在线学习投入的中介作用正向影响大学生在线学习绩效。该结果验证了虚拟班级教学模式对大学生在线学习绩效的促进作用,并揭示了其中的作用机制,为提高大学生在线学习绩效提供了一定启示。Due to the impact of the domestic epidemic,various universities have adopted online teaching methods to complete their teaching tasks in the spring semester of 2020.In order to learn from the experience of this large-scale online teaching,this research constructed an intermediary model to test the effectiveness and mechanism of the“virtual class teaching model”.In this study,online questionnaires were used,and a total of 971 valid questionnaires were collected.The results showed that the virtual class teaching model can positively affect the online learning performance of college students,through the mediating effect of online learning engagement.This result verifies the promotion of the virtual class teaching model on college students'online learning performance and its mechanism,and provides some implications for improving college students'online learning performance.
