摘　　要：目的建立UPLC法同时测定白虎汤(石膏、知母、甘草等)中4种成分的含量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长256 nm。结果芒果苷、新芒果苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵分别在40~640、60~1280、10~200、40~400μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),平均加样回收率分别为101.29%(RSD=2.81%)、99.87%(RSD=1.95%)、96.84%(RSD=2.54%)、99.16%(RSD=1.41%)。结论该方法快速可行,准确可靠,可用于白虎汤的质量控制。AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Baihu Decoction(Gypsum Fibrosum,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 256 nm.RESULTS Mangiferin,neomangiferin,liquiritin,ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 40-640,60-1280,10-200,40-400μg/mL(r≥0.9995),whose average recoveries were 101.29%(RSD=2.81%),99.87%(RSD=1.95%),96.84%(RSD=2.54%),99.16%(RSD=1.41%),respectively.CONCLUSION This rapid,feasible,accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Baihu Decoction.
