金水相生法联合口服降糖药对2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨金水相生法联合口服降糖药对2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法200例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,在口服降糖药(除DDP-4抑制剂外)基础上,对照组加用磷酸西格列汀,观察组加用金水相生法,疗程12周。检测临床疗效、中医证候疗效、中医证候评分、血糖指标(HbA1C、FPG、2 hPG、lg HOM-IR)、FINS、TNF-α、IL-6、体质量、TC、TG、安全性指标变化。结果观察组中医证候总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分、血糖指标(HbA1C<7%时的lg HOM-IR)、TNF-α降低(P<0.05)。2组临床总有效率、FINS、IL-6、体质量、TC、TG、安全性指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金水相生法联合口服降糖药可安全有效地改善2型糖尿病患者临床症状,降低血糖指标及TNF-α水平。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Jinshui Xiangsheng Method combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs on patients with type 2 diabetes.METHODS Two hundred patients were randomly assigned into control group(100 cases)for 12-week intervention of both oral anti-hyperglycemic agents(except for DDP-4 inhibitor),and sitagliptin phosphate,and observation group(100 cases)for 12-week intervention of both oral antihyperglycemic agents(except for DDP-4 inhibitor)and Jinshui Xiangsheng Method.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM symptom efficacy,TCM symptom scores,blood glucose indices(HbA1C,FPG,2 hPG,lg HOMIR),FINS,TNF-α,IL-6,body weight,TC and TG were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate of TCM symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed decreased TCM symptom scores,blood glucose indices(lg HOM-IR at HbA1C<7%)and TNF-α(P<0.05).No obvious differences in total clinical effective rate,FINS,IL-6,body weight,TC,TG and safety indices were found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with type 2 diabetes,Jinshui Xiangsheng Method combined with oral anti-hyperglycemic agents can safely and effectively improve clinical symptoms,and decrease blood glucose indices and TNF-αlevel.
