摘  要:目的研究锡叶藤Tetracera asiatica(Lour.)Hoogland的化学成分及其对神经递质的影响。方法锡叶藤95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。Griess法检测其对神经递质的影响。结果从中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为sinococuline(1)、isolugrandoside(2)、2-desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin(3)、3-羟基对甲氧基苯甲醛(4)、3-甲氧基对羟基肉桂醛(5)、2-乙酰基-3,5-二羟基-苯乙酸甲酯(6)、5,3'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dime-thoxyflavanone(7)、ethylβ-D-xylopyranoside(8)、coclaurine 3-O-β-D-glucoside(9)、16α,17-dihydroxy-ent-kaura-19-oic acid(10)、isopropylidenkirenol(11)、isosilychristin(12)、3-acetyl-2-methyl1,5-dihydroxy-2,3-epoxynaphthoquinol(13)。化合物1~2、7、11~12对神经递质有不同程度的改善。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~3、7~9、11~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1~2、7、11~12可能具有潜在保护神经的作用。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Tetracera asiatica(Lour.)Hoogland and their effects on neurotransmitters.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from T.asiatica was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their effects on neurotransmitters were determined by Griess mothod.RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as sinococuline(1),isolugrandoside(2),2-desoxy-4-epipulchellin(3),3-hydroxy-p-methoxybenzaldehyde(4),3-methoxyp-hydroxycinnamaldehyde(5),2-acetyl-3,5-dihydroxy-methyl phenylacetate(6),5,3'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dime-thoxyflavanone(7),ethylβ-D-xylopyranoside(8),coclaurine 3-O-β-D-glucoside(9),16α,17-dihydroxy-ent-kaura-19-oic acid(10),isopropylidenkirenol(11),isosilychristin(12),3-acetyl-2-methyl-1,5-dihydroxy-2,3-epoxynaphthoquinol(13).Compounds 1-2,7,11-12 showed varying degrees of neurotransmitters improvement.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 1-3,7-9,11-13 are isolated from genus Tetracera for the first time.Compounds 1-2,7,11-12 may have a potential neuroprotective effects.
