摘  要:为准确评定动物对饲料营养物质的消化能力,研究旨在寻求1种适合在大多数实验室推广、准确度高的二氧化钛含量检测方法。试验样品经强酸消化完全后,加入二安替比林甲烷显色,测定420 nm波长下的吸光度,根据标准曲线计算二氧化钛含量。结果显示,该方法重现性和回收率较好,饲料和粪便的平均加标回收率分别达到100.14%和98.14%。研究表明,二安替比林甲烷比色法操作简便、准确度高,可以用于家禽代谢试验中的二氧化钛含量的测定。In order to accurately assess the digestibility of feed nutrients and the digestibility of feed nutrients by animals,the study aims to find a method for the determination of titanium dioxide content that can be promoted in most laboratories and with high accuracy.After the sample was digested by strong acid digestion,diantibilin methane was added to show the color,the absorbance was determined at 420 nm wavelength,and the titanium dioxide content was calculated according to the standard curve.The results showed that the method had good reproducibility and recovery rate,with the average labeled recovery rate of feed and feces reaching 100.14% and 98.14%,respectively.The study indicates that the diantipyrylmethane colorimetry method is simple and has high accuracy,and it is suitable for the determination of titanium dioxide in poultry metabolic test.
