摘  要:试验旨在研究微生态添加剂对蛋鸡肠道微生物结构菌群的影响。选择健康120日龄的淮南麻黄鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只。各组依次添加0、0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg的微生态制剂。试验期40 d,利用高通量测序技术及生信云平台对测序结果进行分析。结果表明,在门水平上,肠道微生物群落主要由厚壁菌门、变形菌门、拟杆菌门、疣微菌门和放线菌门组成,微生态添加剂增加了蛋鸡肠道中的微生物群落丰度,在门水平上添加微生态制剂后使得梭菌族细菌丰度增加,在直肠中使变形菌门、拟杆菌门和疣微菌门发生显著变化。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of micro-ecological additives on the microbial flora of egg and chicken guts.The experiment selected healthy 120-day-old Huainan partridge chickens,which were randomly divided into four groups,with six repetitions in each group and five chickens in each repetition.Each group added 0,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g/kg of micro-ecological preparations to the feed.The test period was 40 d.The results of intestinal food intake sequencing were analyzed by using high-throughput sequencing technology and bio-information cloud platform after the test.The results showed that at the phylum level,the intestinal microbial community was mainly composed of Firmicutes,Proteus,Bacteroides,Verruca and Actinomycetes.The tests showed that the microecological additives increased the abundance of microbial community in layers'intestines.The addition of microecological agents at the phylum level increased the abundance of Clostridium bacteria,and increased the abundance of Proteus and Actinomycetes in the rectum Bacteroides and Verruca had significant changes.
