摘 要:目的:阐述近年来基于手性功能化的毛细管整体柱电色谱在手性拆分中的应用研究与进展。方法:归纳国内外最新的相关文献报道,对基于手性功能化的整体柱制备及其通过毛细管电色谱实现手性分离的相关研究进展和应用进行综述。结果:将手性选择剂用于毛细管整体柱的制备,可以显著提高手性化合物在毛细管电色谱中的分离度和拆分效果。结论:手性功能化的整体柱在毛细管电色谱手性拆分领域具有良好的发展前景。Objective:To summarize the advances and applications of chiral functionalized monolithic column in capillary electrochromatography for enantioseparation in recent years.Methods:The latest domestic and foreign literatures are summarized.The preparation of monolithic columns based on chiral functionalization and the related research progress and applications of chiral separation by capillary electrochromatography are reviewed.Results:The utilization of chiral materials in the preparation of capillary monolithic columns can significantly improve the resolution and separation efficiency of chiral compounds in capillary electrochromatography.Conclusion:The chiral functionalized monolithic column has a promising prospect in capillary electrochromatography for enantioseparation.
