摘 要:通过可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)结合“巯基-炔”点击反应制备了一系列相对分子质量不同的表面接枝共聚物凹凸棒土(ATP)杂化粒子,采用熔融共混法制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)复合材料,研究了接枝共聚物相对分子质量对复合材料力学性能、热性能和流变行为的影响。结果表明:杂化粒子在PC基体中的分散尺度达到纳米级,随接枝共聚物相对分子质量增大,复合材料玻璃化转变温度(Tg)逐渐减小,热稳定性先增强后下降,复数黏度和储能模量先减小后增加。接枝共聚物相对分子质量较高的杂化粒子有利于提高熔体弹性,且具有增强增韧作用。A series of attapulgite(ATP)grafted copolymer with different relative molecular mass of surface graft copolymer were prepared by combination of RAFT polymerization and"thiol-alkynyl"click reaction.Then,polycarbonate(PC)/ATP composites were prepared by melt blending.The influence of the relaxive molecular mass of the graft copolymer on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and rheological behavior of composites was discussed.The results show that hybrid particles are dispersed in the PC matrix at a nano-sized state.With the increase of the relaxive molecular mass of the graft copolymer,the glass transition temperature(Tg)of composites is gradually decreased.The thermal stability first increased and then decreased,and the complex viscosity and storage modulus first decreased and then increased.The hybrid particles with higher relaxive molecular mass of the graft copolymer are beneficial to improve the melt elasticity and effect of strengthening and toughening.
