摘 要:分析了兰州石化公司DMDA6200产品熔体强度影响因素,制定了改进措施。结果表明:通过优化反应工艺参数和改进催化剂下料系统,降低了产品熔体流动速率,提高了产品中大分子含量和支化度,提升了产品熔体强度,产品熔体强度偏低的问题得到了解决。The factors that affect the melt strength of DMDA6200 products from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company were analyzed,and brings forward the corresponding countermeasure.The results show that by optimizing the reaction process parameters and improving the catalyst feeding system,the melt flow rate of the product is reduced,and the macromolecular content and branching degree of the product are increased,and the melt strength of the product is improved.The problem of low melt strength of DMDA6200 product is solved.The melt strength of DMDA6200 is improved by optimizing the reaction parameters,decreasing the melt flow rate,and increasing the content of macromolecules and the degree of branching.Therefore,the problem of low melt strength of the product has been solved.
