摘  要:针对目前国内保险杠外分型结构出现的质量缺陷,设计了内分型结构的保险杠注塑模具,将分型线置于产品不可视面,极大地改善了保险杠产品的外观质量。采用了多点顺序阀浇注方案,有效消除了产品外观面的熔接痕。最终模具开发获得成功,证明能有效解决保险杠分型线外露的缺陷,提高了保险杠产品的外观质量,减少了后期二次打磨工作量。The automobile bumper injection mould for inner parting stucture is designed against the defects of domestic automobile bumper for outside parting.The parting line is designed on unvisble face of bumper.Therefore the quality of bumper is improved.The project of multipoint sequential injection is adopted and melt line of part is removed effectively.Mold development is successful.Therefore it is proved that defects of outside parting can be solved,and the appearance quality of bumper is improved and the workload of secondary grinding in the later stage is reduced.
