摘　　要：为了更经济地生产出具有优良性能的热轧带肋钢筋,在不断优化和完善相关各种生产工艺的前提下,必须对生产的钢筋性能作更好的分析和研究,摸索和总结相应规律,找到更适合自身生产特点的生产方法。通过统计产品性能数据,找到影响钢筋力学性能的主要因素,并建立回归方程优化分析,研究成分和力学性能之间的数学模型,方便对生产进行指导,完善生产工艺参数的调整,提高各项性能指标以及钢材的使用效能。In order to produce the hot-rolled ribbed bars with excellent properties more economically,it is necessary to make better analysis and research on the properties of the steel bars under the premise of constantly optimizing and perfecting the relevant production processes,explore and summarize the corresponding laws to find a better production method for their own production characteristics.The main factors that affect the mechanical properties of the bars are found through statistical data of product properties,and the regression equation optimization analysis is established to study the mathematical model between composition and mechanical properties,which can guide the bar production conveniently,perfect the adjustment of production process parameters,improve the performance indicators and the use of steel efficiency.
