摘  要:铝合金球形阀芯是航天运载火箭发动机某型号阀门的关键零件,其与非金属塑料阀座构成密封副,保证阀门的正常关闭或打开。为确保密封副工作可靠性,球形阀芯必须具有很高表面形状精度和表面粗糙度。采用传统加工工艺方案,难以满足形状精度和表面粗糙度的要求。针对该问题,结合球形阀芯的结构、材料特点,提出新的铝合金球形阀芯表面光整技术,球形阀芯表面光整工艺方案的试验结果验证了此方案,并且显著提升了球形阀芯一次加工合格率。In the rocket engine manufacturing,the aluminum alloy spherical valve core is the key part of a certain valve of space carrier vehicle engine,which constitutes the sealing pair with the plastic valve seat to ensure the reliable opening and closing of the valve.In order to ensure the working reliability of the sealing pair,the valve core is required to have high surface shape precision and surface roughness;it is difficult to meet the requirements of shape precision and surface roughness if the traditional machining technology is adopted.Aiming at this problem,based on the characteristics of structure and material of the spherical valve element,a new surface finishing technology of aluminum alloy spherical valve core is proposed in this paper.The test results of the finishing process scheme of spherical valve core verify that it significantly improves the qualified rate of primary processing of the spherical valve core.
