摘 要:为了更好地研究变截面悬臂金属阻尼元件在减震工作状态下的滞回行为,通过能量法卡式定理计算了变截面金属阻尼元件在弹性状态下的挠度及转角等参数。基于全量理论建立了双线性强化材料的本构方程并求出阻尼弯矩的表达式。运用Ansys软件设计了三种不同的约束形式,采用相同的阻尼元件模型进行非线性计算分析。结果表明:在不同的约束形式下,对称式双悬臂阻尼元件和单体悬臂梁阻尼元件的力学性能基本吻合。双悬臂阻尼元件采用热套过盈配合约束时计算结果更趋于单体悬臂梁模型,且过盈量越大约束的效果越显著。双悬臂阻尼元件的约束部位可以设计得更紧凑、直径更小。等强度梁的设计可使多截面同时发生屈服,有利于提高阻尼器在往复荷载下的循环周数。In order to better study the hysteretic behavior of the variable-section cantilever metal damper in the damping condition,parameters such as the deflection and rotation angle of the variable-section cantilever metal damper in elastic state are calculated by the energy method.The equation of the bilinear hardening material is established and the equation of the damping moment is derived based on the total strain theory.Three different constraint forms are set by using the Ansys,and the same damping model is adopted for nonlinear simulation.The results show that the mechanical properties of double cantilever damper and single cantilever damper basically match under different constraint forms.The calculation results of the double cantilever damper with interference fit restraint are more inclined to the single cantilever damper;and the larger the interference the more significant the constraint effect.The restrained parts of the double cantilever damper can be designed to be more compact and smaller in diameter.The design of equal-strength beam allows for the simultaneous yielding of multiple sections,which is conducive to increasing the number of cycles under reciprocating loads of the damper.
