摘　　要：目的:了解盐碘含量调整后鹤壁市居民盐碘含量现状,为人群碘缺乏病的防治工作提供依据。方法:2017~2019年连续三年对鹤壁市人群食用盐中碘含量进行了随机抽样检测并对检测结果进行数据分析。结果:2017~2019年检测食用盐共2606份,合格碘盐有2274份,非碘盐146份。鹤壁市近三年总体各项指标呈上升趋势,2017年情况较差,2018、2019年均符合国家消除碘缺乏病标准。学生盐样各项指标合格率明显低于孕妇盐。淇滨区盐样各项指标合格率明显低于其他两区。不同时间、不同人群以及不同区域间比较均有统计学意义。结论:鹤壁市食盐加碘情况逐年向好,但存在时间波动、人群差异和地区不平衡性现象。建议继续加大监控力度,加强宣传教育,有效防控碘缺乏病。Objective:To understand the current status of salt iodine content of residents in Hebi City after the adjustment of salt iodine content,and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in the population.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,the iodine content of edible salt in Hebi City was randomly sampled for three consecutive years and the results were analyzed.Results:From 2017 to 2019,a total of 2606 edible salts were tested,including 2274 qualified iodized salt and 146 non-iodized salt.In the past three years,the overall indicators of Hebi City have been on the rise,and the situation in 2017 is relatively poor.Both 2018 and 2019 meet the national standards for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.The pass rate of students’salt samples is obviously lower than that of pregnant women.The pass rate of various indicators of salt samples in Qibin District was significantly lower than that in the other two districts.Different time,different populations and different areas have statistical significance.Conclusion:The situation of salt iodization in Hebi City is improving year by year,but there are time fluctuations,population differences and regional imbalances.It is recommended to continue to increase monitoring efforts,strengthen publicity and education,and effectively prevent and control iodine deficiency disorders.
