摘 要:根据某项目需求,需设计一台液压升降台。为保证该设计方案可行性和安全性,需对设计方案进行仿真验证。采用刚体动力学仿真及有限元分析技术,从多角度对模型转台关键机构进行仿真计算模拟,得到各构件的运动数据及受力特性,确保该升降台机构设计方案的可行性和安全性。借助西门子Simcenter 3D仿真平台建立升降台动力学仿真模型,以实际负载和运行速度为边界条件,对模型进行充分计算。对升降台关键部位进行柔性体设置,创建动态耦合模型,对薄弱部位仿真分析,计算刚度与强度校核,为驱动部件选型以及薄弱点改进设计提供参考依据。According to the demand of a project,we need to design a hydraulic lifting platform.In order to ensure the feasibility and safety of the design scheme,the design scheme needs to be verified by simulation.By adopting the rigid body dynamics simulation and finite element analysis technology,the key mechanism of the model turntable is simulated from multiple angles,and the motion data and force characteristics of each component are obtained to ensure the feasibility and safety of the design scheme of the lifting platform mechanism.With the help of Siemens SimCenter3D simulation platform,the dynamic simulation model of lifting platform was established,and the actual load and running speed were taken as boundary conditions to fully calculate the model.The key parts of the lifting platform were set up with flexible body,the dynamic coupling model was created,the weak parts were simulated and analyzed,and the stiffness and strength were calculated to provide a reference for the selection of driving parts and the improvement of the design of weak points.
