流量积算仪自动标定测试系统的研究与实现

摘　　要：本文介绍了应用OCS控制器实现流量积算仪的出厂自动化标定和计量性能测试,研究了流量积算仪硬件接线端子,流量、压力、温度信号的输入范围和测量准确度,RS485串口的通信配置方式及通过Modbus-RTU协议实现流量积算仪的通道远程控制。应用OCS控制器的DI输入测试积算仪继电器输出,二分压之后DI输入测试积算仪的直流DC24V和DC12V电压,PWM频率输出测试积算仪的频率输入,AO输出标定并测试积算仪的电流输入,AI输入测试积算仪的电流输出,OCS控制继电器组合电阻箱输入标定和测试流量积算仪的热电阻输入。经应用测试,所研发的积算仪综合标定测试系统具有良好的显示界面,方便用户进行交互式设置,实时数据读取,可以稳定可靠地实现流量积算仪批量标定,实现生产自动化,减少了现场计量的劳动强度,同时保证了测试的准确性。This paper introduces the application of OCS controller to the factory automatic calibration and measurement performance test of flow integrator.The hardware wiring terminals of the flow integrator,the input range and measurement accuracy of flow,pressure and temperature signals,the communication configuration of RS485 serial port and the remote channel control of the flow integrator through modbus-RTU protocol are studied.The DI input of the OCS controller is used to test the output of the integrator relay.After the dichotomy,DI input is used to test the DC DC24V and DC12V voltage of the integrator,PWM frequency output is used to test the frequency input of the integrator,AO output is used to calibrate and test the current input of the integrator,AI input is used to test the current output of the integrator.OCS control relay combined resistance box input calibration and test flow integrator thermal resistance input.The application testing,comprehensive research and development by totalizer.especially calibration test system has a good display interface,convenient using interactive user Settings,real-time data read,stable and reliable can the implementation of the mass flow totalizer.especially calibration,realize the production automation,reduce the labor intensity of the field measurement,at the same time ensures the accuracy of the test.
