摘  要:为了探明不同品种绿豆对硒胁迫的耐受性及富集能力,以12种绿豆为研究对象,先用20 mg/L亚硒酸钠营养液处理土培幼苗,根据形态变化和转运系数高低筛选出对硒胁迫差异最明显的2个品种,进一步研究硒胁迫下其氧化应激生理变化。结果表明,不同品种绿豆对硒胁迫的响应差异明显,主要表现在叶片颜色变化和干枯程度上,在胁迫过程中,保942-34叶色正常,不干枯,且转运系数最高,天山大明绿豆2号叶片发黄,出现干枯,且转运系数最低;保942-34在20 mg/L亚硒酸钠处理时,SOD活性最大,POD活性随硒质量浓度升高而逐渐升高,CAT活性在各处理下都高于天山大明绿豆2号品种,在0、20 mg/L亚硒酸钠下,天山大明绿豆2号的MDA含量均高于保942-34。综上所述,不同品种绿豆对硒的吸收、转运和富集能力差异明显,保942-34对硒具有较高的耐受性和富集能力,且氧化应激酶活性较高。To explore the tolerance and accumulation ability of different varieties of mung bean to selenium stress,12 mung bean varieties were selected as the research objects in this study.The seedlings were treated with 20 mg/L sodium selenite nutrient solution.According to the morphological changes and transport coefficient,the two varieties with the most obvious differences in selenium stress were selected,to further study the physiological changes of oxidative stress under selenium stress.The results showed that the response of different varieties of mung bean to selenium stress was significantly different,mainly in the leaf color change and dry degree.During the stress process,the leaf color of Bao 942-34 was normal,not dry,and the transport coefficient was the highest.Tianshan Daming mung bean 2 leaf color was yellow,appeared dry,and the transport coefficient was the lowest.When Bao 942-34 was treated with 20 mg/L sodium selenite,SOD activity was the highest,POD activity increased gradually with the increase of selenium concentration,CAT activity was higher than that of Tianshan Daming mung bean 2 under all treatments,and MDA content of Tianshan Daming mung bean 2 was higher than that of Bao 942-34 under 0 mg/L and 20 mg/L selenium concentrations.In conclusion,different varieties of mung bean have significant differences in selenium uptake,transport and accumulation ability.Bao 942-34 has higher tolerance and accumulation ability to selenium,and higher activity of oxidative stress kinase.
