摘  要:以洋桔哥、读书台、瓦尔特大叔、休姆主教、蓝色奥塔5个藤本月季为研究对象,设置不遮阴、半遮阴、全遮阴3个处理,测定了不同品种的生长、叶面积、比叶质量、光合作用及根茎叶的非结构性碳(NSC)含量,旨在了解月季的耐阴性及其生理机制,为城市绿化中低光环境条件下的品种选择提供理论依据。结果表明,半遮阴和全遮阴处理均显著降低了5个月季品种的株高和基径、光合作用及大部分部位的NSC含量,全遮阴处理以上指标的降低程度更大;品种间比较,读书台不遮阴和遮阴条件下均生长最快,全遮阴和半遮阴条件下洋桔哥和蓝色奥塔的生长情况最差。5个品种中,读书台在遮阴条件下生长较快,可作为低光环境下的藤本月季品种种植。Understanding the shading tolerance of rose plant and its physiological mechanism can provide a theoretical basis for variety selection and cultivation measures in urban greening under medium and low light environment.In this study,five vine rose varieties,namely,Brother Orange,Reading Desk,Uncle Walter,Bishop Hume and Blue Otta,were used as research materials,and three treatments of no shading,semi-shading and full shading were set up.The growth,leaf area and specific leaf quality,photosynthesis and NSC content of roots,stems and leaves of different varieties were measured.The results showed that both semi-shading and full shading treatments significantly decreased the plant height,basal diameter,photosynthesis and NSC content in most parts of 5 rose varieties,and the above indexes decreased more significantly in the full shading treatment.Compared among different varieties,the Reading Desk grew the fastest under the condition of no shading and shading,and the growth of Brother Orange and Blue Otta was the worst under the condition of full shading and semi-shading.Among the five varieties,the Reading Desk grew faster in shading,which could be planted and grow well under low light environment.
