摘 要:为研究外源H_(2)O_(2)对盐胁迫下苜蓿幼苗生长的影响,以敖汉、甘农三号、劳勃这3个品种苜蓿种子为材料,在100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,分别添加不同浓度外源H_(2)O_(2),分析外源H_(2)O_(2)对苜蓿幼苗在盐胁迫下叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,3个品种的苜蓿幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和CAT活性均下降,叶片MDA含量上升,幼苗生长明显受到抑制;添加一定浓度外源H_(2)O_(2)可显著提高100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下苜蓿叶片中叶绿素含量、CAT活性且有效降低膜脂过氧化。外源H_(2)O_(2)在一定程度上可以缓解100 mmol/L NaCl对苜蓿幼苗生长的伤害,维持苜蓿幼苗的生长,提高苜蓿幼苗对盐胁迫的抗性,但高浓度H_(2)O_(2)不利于盐胁迫下幼苗生长,且不同品种苜蓿对不同浓度外源H_(2)O_(2)响应效果不同,以H_(2)O_(2)浓度不大于0.5%的效果最好。To study the effects of exogenous H_(2)O_(2) on the growth of alfalfa seedlings under salt stress,the seeds of three alfalfa varieties Aohanah,Gannong 3 and Robert were used as materials with different concentrations of exogenous H_(2)O_(2) under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress.The effects of exogenous H_(2)O_(2) on the chlorophyll content,catalase(CAT)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of alfalfa seedlings under salt stress were analyzed.The results showed that under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress,chlorophyll content and CAT activity of alfalfa seedlings decreased,MDA content increased,and seedling growth was significantly inhibited.Adding a certain concentration of exogenous H_(2)O_(2) could significantly increase the chlorophyll content and CAT activity in alfalfa leaves under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress,and effectively reduce membrane lipid peroxidation.Exogenous H_(2)O_(2) could alleviate the damage of 100 mmol/L NaCl to the growth of alfalfa seedlings to a certain extent,maintain the growth of alfalfa seedlings and improve the resistance of alfalfa seedlings to salt stress,but high concentration H_(2)O_(2) was not conducive to the growth of alfalfa seedlings under salt stress.And different varieties of alfalfa had different response effects to different concentrations of exogenous H_(2)O_(2),the effect of H_(2)O_(2) concentration less than 0.5%was the best.
