猪场沼液浸种时间及浓度对金粳818种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨沼液浸种对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以金粳818水稻品种和猪场沼液为试验材料,在以蒸馏水为对照的条件下,设置10%、25%、50%、75%和100%5个体积分数沼液溶液分别浸泡金粳818水稻种子24、48、72 h后催芽,测定种子萌发率、萌发速率指数、根长、根数和茎长等指标。结果表明,在浸种24 h下,沼液浸种对萌发率、根数、根长和茎长有一定的促进作用;在浸种48、72 h下,萌发率、根数和根长整体呈下降趋势,浸种时间延长对水稻种子的生长指标有一定的抑制作用。萌发速率指数受沼液体积分数的影响较大,在0~50%体积分数下,浸种时间增加能提升种子的萌发速率指数;在75%~100%体积分数下沼液浸种对金粳818种子的萌发速率指数有一定的抑制作用,差异达显著水平。综合分析,生产中可使用50%~100%体积分数的猪场沼液对金粳818水稻种子浸种24 h,种子萌发率和生长状况较好。To explore the effects of biogas slurry soaking on rice seed germination and seedling growth,Jinjing 818 rice and pig farm biogas slurry were used as experimental materials.Under the condition of distilled water as the control group,Jinjing 818 rice seeds were soaked with 10%,25%,50%,75%and 100%biogas slurry for 24,48,72 h,respectively.Seed germination rate,germination rate index,root length,root number and stem length were measured.The results showed that the germination rate,root number,root length and stem length of rice seeds and seedling were promoted by soaking with biogas slurry for 24 h.The germination rate,root number and root length decreased under soaking for 48 h and 72 h,and the growth index of rice seeds was inhibited with the increase of soaking time.The germination rate index of Jinjing 818 seeds was greatly affected by the concentration of biogas slurry.At the concentration of 0-50%,the germination rate index of Jinjing 818 seeds could be increased with the increase of soaking time.Soaking seeds with biogas slurry at 75%-100%concentration had a certain inhibitory effect on the germination rate index of Jinjing 818 seeds,and the difference was significant.According to the comprehensive analysis,50%-100%pig farm biogas slurry could be used to soak the seeds of Jinjing 818 rice for 24 h,and the seed germination rate and growth condition were good.
