摘  要:装卸船两用机与中控的通信采用电缆卷筒的方式进行,由于散粮码头环境比较恶劣,粉尘多且常年处于泊位旁海水潮湿腐蚀下,会对现场通信电缆造成很大的损坏,长此以往信号传输容易出现中断及信号不好等故障,同时由于两用机是20世纪90年代的产品,未在电缆卷筒增加过紧限位以防止拉断,通常在大机行走的时候,司机全程监护,但仍存在将通信电缆拉断的潜在风险。为了杜绝此类隐患,本文提出了用无线信号传输装置代替电缆卷筒的通信方式。The communication between the ship loader and the central control unit is carried out by means of cable reel.Because the environment of bulk grain wharf is relatively bad,there is a lot of dust,and the seawater near the berth is humid and corrosive all the year round,the communication cable on the site will be greatly damaged.In the long run,the signal transmission is easy to be interrupted and the signal is not good,At the same time,because the dual-purpose machine is a product of the 1990s,did not add too tight limit on the cable drum to prevent it from breaking.Usually,when the large machine is walking,the driver will monitor the whole process,but there is still a potential risk of breaking the communication cable.In order to eliminate this kind of hidden danger,this paper puts forward the communication mode of using wireless signal transmission device instead of cable drum.
