散粮无人化自动装车关键技术的研究和应用

摘　　要：连云港东粮码头有限公司针对人工装车的多种难题,开展了散粮无人自动化装车系统的研究和应用,在研究过程中遇到较多难题,尤其体现在牵引距离检测、伸缩溜筒测距、自动计量系统及控制系统等方面。本文主要从无人化自动装车系统的几个关键技术进行研究。Lianyungang Dongliang Seaport Co.,Ltd.has carried out the research and application of bulk grain unmanned automatic loading vehicle system for various problems of manual loading,and encountered many problems in the research process,especially in the aspects of traction distance detection,telescopic chute ranging,automatic metering system and control system.This paper mainly studies several key technologies of unmanned automatic loading system.
